Vendor Team Services has provided consulting and data entry support to Vendors for Lowe’s Product Content Management since March of 2006. We work along with your Solution Provider to manage your data synchronization process from start to finish. Our experienced team can help you with understanding the information that is required and provide you with the support to get your items published quickly and efficiently.
We can help with:
- 1. Initial registration of the Vendors items within the PCM environment
- 2. Data entry of item specific data into Solution Providers uploader spreadsheet
- 3. Verification and Linking of item hierarchies within Solution Providers website
- 4. Publication of item data to 1 Sync Global Registry from Solution Provider website
- 5. Communication and corrective action on item issues once items have been transmitted from 1 Sync to PCM.
- 6. Help explain the acronyms used in PCM.
The biggest asset that VTS can provide for your PCM needs is communication. Keeping open communication with you and Lowe’s on the status and issues as they arise is the key to successfully synchronizing your data. We have also worked with Vendors to make sure that they understand the process and are able to pick up daily PCM maintenance.
